About me:
My name is Ildika Alda, I am a Silk Painter Artist and Naturopath from Budapest, Hungary.
I began silk painting as a practice of self expression which created a relaxed state and hightened energy level for me.
For the past 15 years, I have been conducting silk therapy workshops for disadvantaged women.
With my friends I founded an association to support beginner silk artists.
